Quinoa Chili½ Cup Quinoa.
1 Cup Water.
1 16oz Can black beans.
1 Tsp Chili powder.
1 Tsp Curry powder.
1 Tsp Cinnamon.
2 Green onions – chopped.
¼ Cup Tomatoes – diced.


1. Bring quinoa and water to a boil and simmer for fifteen minutes, or until the germ separates.

2. In a separate pot, simmer the black beans, tomatoes and seasonings for ten minutes, then allow the mixture to cool and thicken for five minutes.

3. Combine Quinoa with the bean mixture and serve immediately, topping with the chopped green onions.
