1/2 cup Sweet butter.
2 Garlic cloves – minced.
2 cups Heavy cream.
¼ tsp White Pepper.
½ cup Parmesan cheese – grated.
¾ cup Mozzerella cheese – grated.

1. Melt butter in medium saucepan, over a medium heat.

2. Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer, stirring often.

3. Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.

4. When sauce has thickened, add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth, stirring frequently.

Depending on how much of this you use per portion, it can quite easily cover four people.  My total for this was $2.19 for the cream, $2 for the mozzerella and $2 for the butter; everything else I had leftover.  The cost of the sauce, is comparable with the higher quality offerings from QFC, yet tastes so much better (and no additives, either!).
